- Accommodation in wooden rooms with special architecture (they have an internal wc for emergency needs and use during the night)
- Independent external sanitary buildings , with shower and wc for the children's daily needs, with round-the-clock cleaning service
- Restaurant : breakfast, lunch and dinner are available and campers eat in groups. The morning snacks and lunches are given to each group.
- Outdoor canteen: Offers snacks, juices, soft drinks, ice creams and popsicles. The canteen operates at specific times and not during mealtimes. We have the system " The Ranch Bank "
- Infirmary – Doctors Office : Operating 24-hours.
- Stone theatre for the evening entertainment of campers

- Pools : one children's pool, one 25 meter pool and one 33.5 meter pool.

- Water coolers are available in all central areas, in sports facilities and between the communities (water supply by DEFAK and after additional treatment with Osmosis)
*Power supply through PPC and in the event of an interruption, the supply is made through a 250 KVA generator availiable by “The Ranch”.
