NUTRITION PROGRAM

At The Ranch, a healthy diet plays an essential role in your child’s stay. Our menu is carefully prepared by an accredited dietician, ensuring that all dietary needs of growing children are covered. Three full meals plus two snack are provided on a daily basis.  

1st week

1st day 
lunch:  salad, spaggeti with meat, cheese, fruits.
dinner: salad, burger, potatoes, fruits.
2nd day 
lunch:  salad, cooked peas, cheese pie, fruits. 
dinner: salad, chicken, rice, fruits.
3rd day 
lunch: salad, Greek pastitsio (pasta, meat, bechamel), fruits.
dinner: salad with lentils, pork, potatoes,fruits.
4th day 
lunch: salad,spinach with rice, Greek feta cheese, dessert.
dinner: salad, chicken, potatoes, fruits.
5th day 
lunch:  salad, chicken, rice with vegetables, fruits.
dinner: salad, pizza, fruits.
6th day 
lunch:  salad, fish sticks, potatoes, fruits.
dinner: salad, burger, mashed potatoes, fruits.
7th day 
lunch:  salad, cooked green beans, cheese pies, fruits. 
dinner: salad, kebab, Greek tzatziki (yogurt with cucumber & garlic), pies, potatoes, fruits.

 

2st week

lunch:  salad, orzo with chicken, cheese

dinner: salad, pasta with meat, cheese fruits.
2nd day 
lunch:  salad, cooked peas, cheese pie, fruits. 
dinner: salad, meatballs, rice with vegetables, fruits.
3rd day 
lunch: salad, souffle (pasta, cheese, turkey), fruits.
dinner: salad with lentils, pork, potatoes,fruits.
4th day 
lunch: salad, cooked green beans, cheese pie, fruits.
dinner: salad, chicken schnitzel , potatoes, fruits.
5th day 
lunch:  salad, fish sticks, potatoes, fruits.
dinner: salad, pasta with meat,cheese, fruits.
6th day 
lunch:  salad, spinach with rice, Greek feta cheese, fruits.
dinner: salad, burgers, mashed potatoes, fruits.
7th day 
lunch:  salad, chicken with pasta, fruits.

Lunch: salad, spaghetti with tomatoes sauce, fruits.

BREAKFAST
Milk, chocolate milk, tea, cereal, bread, butter and honey, marmalade with butter, Nutella, eggs. 

MID-MORNING AND AFTERNOON SNACK:
Choice of juice, croissant, cake, donut or fruit.
