NUTRITION PROGRAM

At The Ranch, a healthy diet plays an essential role in your child’s stay. Our menu is carefully prepared by an accredited dietician, ensuring that all dietary needs of growing children are covered. Three full meals plus two snack are provided on a daily basis.  

MONDAY                                                                     
Lunch: Salad, cheese pie, baked vegetable dish, gelatin dessert 
Dinner: Salad, Roasted Pork with baked potato, fruit
TUESDAY
Lunch:  Salad, spaghetti with meat sauce, fruit.
Dinner: Chef’s salad, homemade pizza, fruit
WEDNESDAY
Lunch:  Salad, feta, baked vegetables, fruit
Dinner:  Salad, baked meatballs, home-made French fries, fruit 
THURSDAY
Lunch:  Salad, chicken in red sauce with spaghetti, fruit
Lunch:  Tomato-cucumber salad, hotdog with home-made French fries, fruit
FRIDAY
Lunch:  Potato salad, fish sticks, rice, fruit
Dinner:  Salad, chicken schnitzel, mashed potato, fruit
SATURDAY
Lunch:  Salad, feta, mousaka, fruit
Dinner:  Tomato-cucumber salad, hamburger, home-made French fries, fruit.
SUNDAY
Lunch:  Salad, beef in tomato sauce, fruit
Dinner:  Salad, pennes Neapolitan, fruit.

 

* In our salads, we use virgin olive oil, the bread we use is fresh and all suppliers we collaborate with are certified.

BREAKFAST
Milk, chocolate milk, tea, cereal, bread, butter and honey, marmalade with butter, Nutella, eggs. 

MID-MORNING AND AFTERNOON SNACK:
Choice of juice, croissant, cake, donut or fruit.
