VISIT & EXCURSION REGULATIONS FOR THE RANCH

Dear Visitors,

“The Ranch” currently operates for day visits. Below you will find our operating regulations for the period from September to June 15th.
    •    Reservations:
Prior booking is required for both day and multi-day visits to our premises.
    •    Supervision of Minors:
Adult companions/parents are solely responsible for the supervision and safety of the minors they accompany, throughout their stay and in all areas of the facilities.

Transportation & Parking

Parking is at your own risk, considering possible hazards such as fire, falling trees, or extreme weather conditions. The management bears no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to your property.

Upon arrival, our staff will welcome you at the entrance and provide an initial briefing about our facilities. Each visitor will receive a colored wristband according to the type of admission chosen:
    •    Green wristband – entrance only
    •    Red wristband – entrance with meal

A. FOOD & ACCOMMODATION
    •    Only guests who have booked meals and wear the corresponding wristband may enter the restaurant. A reservation is also required for the restaurant whenever it operates.
    •    You may request our menu with allergen information. In case of group visits, please share this with your participants to prevent possible allergic reactions. It is your responsibility to inform The Ranch about any food allergies.
    •    Meal times for the buffet restaurant will be communicated upon your arrival.
    •    A self-service bar is available, offering coffee, refreshments, and light snacks (pizza, burgers, club sandwiches, chicken nuggets, etc.).
    •    For health and safety reasons, external food deliveries (delivery services) are not allowed within The Ranch.
    •    Cooking or preparing food and beverages in the rooms is strictly prohibited.
    •    The possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages anywhere on the premises, including rooms, is strictly prohibited.
    •    Loud music and gatherings that disturb other guests are not allowed in rooms. Parents/guardians are responsible for any disturbance caused by minors.
    •    Entry to accommodation rooms by non-residents is forbidden. Children must be accompanied by an adult when accessing balconies, and no games are allowed on upper-floor balconies.
    •    Smoking is prohibited in all areas where signage indicates.
    •    Parking is allowed only in designated areas and vehicles may not circulate within the grounds.
    •    Each visitor is responsible for their personal belongings. “The Ranch” is not liable for any lost or forgotten items.
    •    Any damage caused to rooms or facilities will be charged to the organizer of the visit.

B. ACTIVITIES
    •    Activity hours: 10:00–15:00 and 15:30–17:00
    •    There is a break from 15:00 to 15:30 for all activities.
    •    Available activities include:
    •    Train ride around the site
    •    Horseback riding
    •    Climbing (ages 6 and up)
    •    Archery (ages 6 and up, with child-safe suction-cup arrows)

During peak hours, boarding passes for the train may be distributed by staff to ensure orderly participation.

Sports fields are open for free use, without supervision by The Ranch. Sports equipment can be borrowed from the reception. Ball games or flying objects are not allowed outside the designated courts.

The swimming pools are not in operation during excursions. Entry to the fenced pool area is prohibited.

All activities follow a strict queue system. Groups are not accompanied by staff, no priority is given to any group, and no specific time slots can be reserved.

Guided tours of the Educational Village are held at a set time announced upon arrival and involve exhibitions only (no interactive participation).

Feeding the animals or entering the stables and riding arenas without an authorized guide is strictly prohibited.

Access to any area marked with a “No Entry” sign is forbidden.

Bicycles and scooters are not allowed in sports areas, except for wheelchairs.

Sports field rules:
    •    Do not move the goalposts or hang from them.
    •    Do not hang from basketball hoops.

PAYMENT POLICY
    •    Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation, the paid amount is non-refundable but may be transferred to a future visit (subject to availability), provided that written notice of cancellation is received at least 10 days before the scheduled arrival date.
    •    The fee is the same for adults and children (charges apply to children over 3 years old).
    •    If activities are canceled due to weather conditions, visitors who were unable to participate will receive a voucher to visit The Ranch again on another available date free of charge.
    •    “The Ranch” reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individuals who are visibly ill, intoxicated, or fail to comply with these regulations.
    •    “The Ranch” complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Visitor and staff data may be recorded and stored for 40 days for public health protection purposes.
