(This regulation is subject to change)
Dear Visitors,
“The Ranch” continues to operate for both day and multi-day visits. Below you will find the operational regulations in effect from September to June 10th.
• Reservations:
Prior booking is required for both day and multi-day visits to our facilities.
• Supervision of Minors:
Adult companions/parents are solely responsible for the supervision and safety of the minors they accompany, throughout the duration of their visit and in all areas of the premises.
• Participant List:
At least 10 days before arrival, we must receive the final number of participants, as well as the number of individuals who have chosen restaurant buffet meals and those with simple entrance.
• Arrival & Check-in:
Upon arrival, our staff will welcome you at the parking area (next to the Educational Village), where you will receive your first orientation regarding the site’s operations. Each visitor will receive a colored wristband according to their type of admission:
• Green wristband – entrance only
• Red wristband – entrance with meal
These choices must be confirmed 10 days before your arrival.
• Private Transport:
If some members of your group plan to arrive by private vehicle instead of by coach, please send us a named list of those visitors at least 3 days before their arrival.
