In the context of ensuring the safety and health of all guests at our facilities, “The Ranch” considers it particularly important to inform you of the following operating rules.
Specifically:
- We respect the accommodation areas. We recommend that parents or guardians regularly check the rooms where minors are staying. The event organizer and the parents/guardians are liable to The Ranch for any damages, destruction, or in general any harm to the facilities, including both fixed and portable equipment.
- To avoid potential health issues from goods or services provided by third parties, external food delivery services (delivery) are not permitted within “The Ranch”.
- Parents/guardians/coaches and event organizers are responsible for supervising the diet of minors to avoid health issues due to allergies. Please ask us for the allergen menu, which must be distributed to your group in the case of an organized visit. You bear full responsibility for informing The Ranch of any food allergies.
- The purchase and consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors is strictly prohibited.
- Adults are not allowed to consume alcoholic beverages that were not purchased at The Ranch bar, nor to consume alcohol inside the rooms.
- Guests are not permitted to prepare meals or beverages inside the rooms.
- Loud music and any kind of gatherings that cause noise or disturb other guests are prohibited inside the rooms. Parents/guardians and event organizers are responsible for any noise or disturbance caused by minors. Quiet hours: 15:00–17:30 & 23:00–07:00
- Adult guardians/parents/coaches bear full responsibility for supervising the minors they accompany at all times and in all areas of the facilities.
- Entry into rooms is not allowed for individuals who are not staying in them. Minors may only go out onto balconies when accompanied by an adult.
- Smoking is prohibited in all areas marked with appropriate signage.
- Parking is allowed only in designated areas. Moving vehicles within the premises is strictly forbidden.
- Each visitor is responsible for their personal belongings. “The Ranch” is not liable for any lost or forgotten items.
- Feeding the animals is not allowed.
- Bicycles, scooters, and motorbikes are not allowed in the sports areas. The only exception is wheelchairs for people with disabilities.
- Access to areas marked with restriction signs is strictly prohibited. Entering fenced-off areas or using certain facilities (e.g., climbing walls, pools) without prior arrangement with The Ranch is not allowed.
- The use of bicycles by minors is only permitted with the consent of a parent or guardian and strictly within the designated area around the “valley.” Biking is offered at an additional cost and is managed by our external partner “WHEELS AND SWEETS E.E.” For any issues with this service, please contact Mr. Xydis at +30 6948469749.
Regarding sports courts:
- Use of the sports courts is only allowed under the supervision of coaches or chaperones. Ball games or throwing objects are not allowed outside the courts.
- Visitors are not allowed to move the goalposts or hang on them.
- Hanging on basketball hoops is prohibited.
- “The Ranch” reserves the right (according to current legislation) to deny entry or remove individuals who: appear ill, are intoxicated, do not comply with health protocols as defined by government mandates, commit offenses on the premises, violate these Operating Regulations, or are reasonably considered a danger to public health and safety based on past behavior or current conduct.
- “The Ranch” complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), according to its Privacy and Data Protection Policy, which is published on our website.
- Event organizers accept the above terms and are required to share this document with all participants and their personnel and to ensure compliance with these regulations.
